*Does Dr. Capozzoli accept insurance?

Dr. Capozzoli accepts most major insurances including BCBSUnited Healthcare, Medicare, Tricare, Humana, and KBA (Lee Health). Gifted testing, court-ordered services, educational evaluations, and couple’s counseling are not billable to insurance.

*What can I expect at the first session?

During the first session (the intake), Dr. Capozzoli will meet with you to discuss your concerns and goals, develop a treatment plan, and schedule follow-up sessions. 

*How long is each session?

Sessions are approximately 45-60 minutes.

*Is there anything I need to bring to the first session?

Be sure to bring your insurance card(s). If possible, please arrive a few minutes early so you can complete the new patient paperwork. You may also click the link below to print the new patient paperwork prior to your first session.
